What it is
Arti Labs set out to capture how a body actually moves and deforms, not just its shape at one instant. Existing tools make you choose: 3D scanning freezes time, motion capture reduces the body to a few tracked points. A moving, deforming model of the body surface is the missing foundation for designing anything worn on it, from tailoring to sportswear to prosthetic sockets.
What I did
I was CTO. I set the technical direction, designed the capture and reconstruction approach, and built the demonstrator. The core method was protected by an IP filing.
Where it stands
The company was discontinued in 2025. The demo above shows the platform in use.
